This last lesson empowers you with the knowledge you need to adjust your own macros (with examples) and teaches you the 3 different macro calculations that you will need for every stage of your life (deficit, reverse, maintenance). This means that you can continue your macro journey long after Macro Mini Camp with confidence and ease. *If you opted for VIP add-on, I will do all your macro adjustments during our 4 weeks together and explain how and why. If you did not opt for the VIP add-on you will learn how, when and why to adjust your macros inside this module.

Macro Mini Camp is a condensed version of my signature 12 week Macro Basecamp Program. I call it a mini camp because it’s a 4 week program instead of 12. I created this option because Macro Basecamp is a bigger commitment that can feel scary to invest in, especially if you’ve invested in so many other plans and programs that have failed you.
 
I created Macro Mini Camp, to support more women with their health and fitness! Even though it’s only 4 weeks long, you’ll receive all the information, strategies, tips and tricks you need to get started on your macro journey. By the end of your 4 weeks with me, you’ll have the foundational knowledge you need to start understanding and tracking macros for YOUR body. You'll leave the program feeling confident in your food choices and goals, ready to take on the world! 

Macro Mini Camp launches at various times throughout the year. I ensure every client gets the individualized support they need and deserve and because of this I cap enrollment at 10 women.

First and foremost - I've walked this journey before so I know what challenges will come up and I know how I can best support you. I provide you with a customized macro nutrition plan, 2 group coaching calls, an exclusive community, and weekly modules to continue to educate you throughout your journey. I also provide weekly check-ins for continuous support and accountability that is available through the VIP add-on.

This 4 week program is designed to help grow your knowledge of your nutritional needs. I will teach you what macros are, how to track them accurately and consistently with ease, how to meal prep and create balanced meals, how to navigate macros at restaurants and in social settings and how to make your own macro adjustments so that you can continue your journey feeling confident in how to manage your macros for your changing goals. 
 
Understanding how to track your macros can take 4-6 weeks. What you learn inside our 4 weeks together will continue as you make lifestyle changes. Some women want to continue their journey with me for added accountability and guidance therefore you have the option to join Macro Basecamp. As a graduate of Macro Mini Camp you will receive $300 discount that can be applied to the enrolment of Macro Basecamp.
