I started this program with some knowledge of tracking & macros - but this program opened my eyes to way more!

 As soon as we increased my macros I lost weight and inches. My mood, sleep, motivation & recovery started to improve and more inches started to fall off. The one thing I’ve learned through Shar is that you need to strive for consistency, and some days you won’t hit your goals, and that is okay.

Sharon's focus was improving her nutrition and intake overall. She didn't own a scale but was able to get a starting and end weight. As like many women she was not eating enough. Each week we increased her food intake / 5 LBS LOST / 12" LOST

Shar is a Dirty Bird and I knew she would motivate me (push me) to achieve my goals. As I get older there are things that I am determined to work on to live a long healthy life. I was not interested in weight loss rather I wanted to learn healthier habits especially after my brother’s health scare. I was shocked to learn how much I had been under eating and was pleasantly surprised by the options presented.

 I was able to eat so much more food and make better choices. Shar was great with helping me find things like protein powder that I could eat with so many dietary restrictions. So I would tell everyone I know especially my ladies to try this program there is so much to know.
